Inhalt des Trainings
Dieser Training ist darauf ausgelegt, den Teilnehmer*innen das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln, um technische Fachkraft für Kommunikationssysteme für die Zusammenarbeit zu werden. Die Teilnehmer*innen sollten mit den Grundlagen der Technologien für Netzwerke, Telekommunikation, Audio- und Bildübertragung, Besprechungsräume, Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung und mit Microsoft Teams vertraut sein.
Sie sammeln praktische Erfahrungen mit dem Konfigurieren und Bereitstellen von Microsoft Teams Telefon, Besprechungen und zertifizierten Geräten, einschließlich Microsoft Teams-Räume und Surface Hub. Der Kurs behandelt auch die Verwaltung und Überwachung von Teams Telefon, Besprechungen und zertifizierten Geräten mithilfe von Microsoft Teams Admin Center, PowerShell, des Pro-Portals für Microsoft Teams-Räume und des Anrufqualitäts-Dashboards.
Darüber hinaus wird im Training das Konfigurieren und Bereitstellen von Microsoft Teams Telefon mit PSTN-Konnektivität über Microsoft-Anrufpläne, Operator Connect, Teams Telefon Mobil und Direct Routing behandelt.
