    The ITIL (Version 5) Foundation training provides a clear understanding of ITIL as a modern framework for managing digital products and services.     The training demonstrates how ITIL (Version 5) enables the integration of products and services, places the digital experience at the center, and combines proven concepts with new requirements. It offers a practical introduction to the mindsets, principles, and interrelationships necessary to effectively plan, implement, and continuously develop digital products and services. 
     
    The Foundation training is aimed at anyone who wants to build a shared understanding of modern product and service orientation and use ITIL as a guide for their own organization. 

    The training concludes with the ITIL (Version 5) Foundation exam, a certification that both validates your knowledge and lays the foundation for further training in this field.

    The target audience for our ITIL Foundation training in IT Service Management includes:

    • Individuals who want to understand the basic concepts and processes to optimize collaboration with IT departments or IT vendors.

    Vorkenntnisse

    Prior knowledge of IT and IT service management is helpful but not required for our ITIL Foundation training.
    The training is specifically designed to provide an introduction to the subject matter for both beginners and experienced professionals.

    Wichtige Information

    The participant service fee of EUR 644,- is included in the course price. This includes the official ITIL exam. In addition to the ETC seminar materials, you will receive access to the official ITIL (Version 5) Foundation Manual.

    During the transition period from ITIL 4 to ITIL (Version 5), this training also includes basic content from ITIL 4.
